Background

Owned and operated by Alasdair MacConnell, an experienced Food hygiene Trainer, whose qualifications include REHIS Advanced Food Hygiene Diploma, REHIS Certificate in Advanced HACCP Principles, CIEH Professional Trainers Certificate and NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health.

In addition he is a qualified Paralegal holding a Certificate of Performance in Specialist Paralegal Studies in Reparation Law.
